Description
Reflections of Leadership examines how Tung Chee Hwa and Donald Tsang led Hong Kong. Their visions, styles, beliefs, and choices made a substantial difference to how Hong Kong has been governed in the last ten years. The authors use the major speeches and decisions of the Chief Executives to analyse their leadership because these best embodied their values, assumptions and ideas about government and policy. The book also examines the Executive Council in the past decade.

Reflections of Leadership is part of a series of publications that reviews various aspects of post-handover Hong Kong. The other three sister publications are: From Nowhere to Nowhere: A Review of Constitutional Development Hong Kong 1997-2007; Still Holding our Breath: A Review of Air Quality Policy in Hong Kong 1997-2007; and Idling Engine: Hong Kong's Environmental Policy in a Ten Year Stall 1997-2007.
