Paddyfield Gift Certificates
Paddyfield Gift Certificates are a marvelous and easy way to solve all your gift-giving needs.
Complete the form and the Gift Certificate will be added to your shopping cart. Once your payment clears, we will send you an e-mail (to the "bill to e-mail" specified at check-out) alerting you how to send the Gift Certificate(s) to the recipient's by e-mail or, if you prefer, physically.
Each Gift Certificate is given a unique serial number; you will see this in Product ID field of the shopping cart.
Terms & Conditions
- Gift Certificates purchased by cash, cheque or credit card are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue; Bookclub bonus Gift Certificates (as part of School Bookclub programmes) are valid for six (6) months from the date of issue. Unused Gift Certificates do not have any value and cannot be used passed the expiry date.
Gift Certificates unused by the expiry date lose their validity without compensation.
- Gift Certificates must be used in full in a single purchase. Orders must be for at least the value of the gift certificate.
- Purchases using Gift Certificates are subject to all Paddyfield terms and conditions (see the policies page).
- Gift Certificates may only be used for deliveries within Hong Kong.
- Gift certificate notifications will be sent by e-mail to you, the purchaser. You can then specify a destination e-mail to which the Gift Certificate can be sent. For physical delivery, you should send the Gift Certificate to yourself for printing.
- Gift Certificates may be used by the recipient on-line or attached to mail-order forms. Important: The ability to print the Gift Certificate is provided only for convenience. The actual value is carried in the serial number, and it is presentation of the correct serial number, in whatever form, that will be considered as legitimate and final. Only the first such presentation will be honoured. Since Gift Certificates are transferable, we have no way of knowing whether the person presenting the serial number is your intended recipient. Therefore, please take care to guard the serial number. We will be unable to honour claims of unauthorised use, lost Gift Certificates, etc.
- Gift Certificates may only be exchanged for merchandise.
